Software that sells the job

Your techs build good, better, best from your price book, turn the iPad around, and the customer picks. You set it up yourself, tonight. No demo. No rep. No implementation fee.

01 / Sound familiar

The price book in the truck has three prices crossed out on every page.

Two techs quote the same water heater an hour apart and come back with different numbers.

Somebody gave a deal on Tuesday and nobody wrote it down.

And the card got run at the office, two days later.

02 / Selling

Every other tool charges extra to help you sell. Here it's the whole point.

This is the screen the tech turns around. Your banners, your colors, your warranty wording. Change it and watch the card change.

How many options

Two options, three, or four. Your call on how you pitch. Type your own words on the banners and pick your own color. Leave one blank and that card goes out plain.

Good, better, best

The tech builds 2, 3, or 4 packages from your price book, right on the job. Your banners, your warranty wording, your prices, side by side on the iPad, turned toward the customer.

Sign on the glass

The customer picks and signs on the iPad. The signature is stored with the total it covered and the packages it covered.

The quote that comes back

Options they didn't buy get emailed as a real quote, filed under their name. When they call back in March, it becomes a job with one tap, at the quoted prices.

Paid on the spot

The customer pays on their phone or the tech keys it in on the iPad. Same link either way. Card, cash, check, or split between them.

The review that sends itself

Completing a job emails the customer your Google review link. Paste the link once. It sends once per job, never twice.

Warranties become real

A signature turns the warranty you offered into coverage on the customer's record, with an expiry date. The dashboard tracks what recommendations are open, sent, and won.

03 / Pricing

Set your rates once. It prices every job the same way you would.

Your labor rate, your markup, your trip charge, your surcharges. Set them once and every quote in every truck follows them. These are the real settings running the real math from the app. Drag them around and watch a job reprice.

It saves as you go. Get called out mid-setup and pick it back up Thursday. Running solo? The defaults are already set so an owner-operator works from the truck without configuring anything.

05 / No signal

Runs in the basement. Syncs in the driveway.

The full price book, your rates, and your settings live on the iPad. A tech with zero bars can browse the catalog, search and filter it, build a quote, price it, advance the job status, and take a signature. It sends itself when they're back on the road.

  • Installs to the iPad home screen like an app
  • The price quoted is the price billed. A quote built at 9am and synced at 5pm bills what the customer was shown
  • Sending twice doesn't bill twice
  • Logging out can't throw away unsynced work

06 / The money

Your name on the invoice. Your name on the customer's bank statement.

Your business is the merchant of record. The deposit lands in your account, not in ours waiting for a payout. (Stripe Connect, if you want the fine print.)

Card, cash, check, split between them. Partial payments too: half now, half on Friday, and the balance follows the job. And the server caps every payment at the actual balance, so nobody can overcharge a customer no matter what the screen says.

07 / Margin

Small shops lose margin one “I gave him a deal” at a time.

Techs you allow to state a price, do. Techs you don't, ask. The request lands with whoever can answer it, with the list price, the material cost, and the spiff on screen, so the call gets made on real numbers. The answer comes back with a note, because “no, we don't discount installs” teaches a tech more than a silent no.

Every stated price is logged: who, what it listed for, what they charged, what it cost, when. There's a Price Overrides report in the office, and it survives the package being deleted. Thirteen denials from one tech is the pattern it exists to show.

08 / Straight talk

What's not here yet

There's no QuickBooks sync yet. Payments and invoices export to CSV for your bookkeeper today, and QuickBooks Online sync is being built now. Most software makes you find out what's missing after you've paid, so we published the whole list.
