The honest list
What's not here yet
Most software companies make you find this out after you've paid. Here's the list, up front.
Being built now
QuickBooks Online sync — in progress
Today, payments and invoices export to CSV for your bookkeeper. Direct QuickBooks Online sync is the next thing being built: your customers, invoices, payments, and card deposits flowing straight into QuickBooks Online without double entry.
QuickBooks Desktop is not supported and isn't planned. If your books live in Desktop, this isn't the right software for you yet.
Partly there
Built, with edges we'll tell you about
- Offline photos and signatures
- Quotes, approvals, and job status survive no signal. Photos don't yet, and signature size is limited.
- Opening a job with no signal
- The price book is on the device; the job and customer list aren't yet. A cold start in a basement can price a job it can't open.
- Sync status
- The offline queue works, but there's no "3 changes waiting" indicator yet.
- Logging in offline
- Sessions last 90 days, but the first login needs signal.
- Financing
- Marked coming soon inside the app. No lender is wired up.
Not built
Not in the product today
- Online booking for customers
- A customer login portal
- GPS or truck tracking
- A time clock
- Memberships and service agreements
- Automated marketing
- Two-way texting
- Multi-company switching
